Hazem is the owner of District Role Play server, known for his leadership and vision. He focuses on organizing events and improving the server for an exceptional player experience.
Omar is a Lua programmer with four years of experience in FiveM. He specializes in creating custom scripts and improving gameplay through his expertise in Lua.
1. New Life Rule (NLR): When a player is fully knocked out, they cannot speak or move. If revived by medics, they can remember past events. However, if they receive an injection at a private clinic from a player with a rivalry against them, they will not remember any past events.
2. PowerGaming: It is prohibited to use methods not available in the game to gain an advantage or perform unrealistic actions.
3. No Value of Life (NVL): Players must show realistic fear for their lives when threatened with weapons or other means.
4. Metagaming: It is forbidden to use information obtained from outside the game, such as livestreams, Discord, or YouTube videos.
5. Random Deathmatch (RDM): Killing others without a reason, threat, or prior hostility is not allowed.
6. Vehicle Death Match (VDM): It is forbidden to use the vehicle as a weapon.
7. Value of Life Rule (NWL): Players must preserve their own lives and the lives of others, avoiding reckless behavior, unnecessary killings, or resisting armed individuals, especially when unarmed.
8. You must create a unique character for yourself and embody it excellently in words and actions.
9. It is forbidden to insult the knocked-out player in any way.
10. Mimicking police or ambulance uniforms is allowed, but you must fully embody the copied character.
11. It is prohibited to break roleplay within the server for any reason.
12. If knocked out, you are only allowed to talk about the pain and cannot speak normally.
13. Using glitches, exploits, or hacks is prohibited, and the penalty is a permanent ban.
14. You are not allowed to move a body unless for assistance.
15. Any agreement outside of roleplay is prohibited.
16. You must run a screen recording program with audio while playing (for 20 minutes).
17. It is prohibited to interfere with an ongoing scenario.
18. Wearing or using any helmet during a firefight is prohibited.
19. Paramedics are not allowed in a gunfire scene unless the area is confirmed to be clear.
20. Linking your first character with the second one is prohibited.
21. Personalizing (personal attacks) is strictly prohibited in all forms.
22. You are prohibited from moving knocked-out players or filling in their information in the presence of paramedics.
23. Leaving the server during a scenario is prohibited.
24. Wearing diving gear outside of the sea is strictly prohibited.
25. It is strictly prohibited for a driver to shoot.
26. You must respect everyone and interact with them as reality would dictate; insulting or provoking them in unethical ways is forbidden, as is using sexual language.
27. Performing suicidal vehicle jumps is prohibited.
28. If you have decomposed, you must forget the cause of your death.
29. If you are knocked out in a situation, returning to the scene is strictly prohibited.
30. You can only recognize a person by their appearance; recognition by their voice is prohibited.
31. You must value your life and show fear for your safety when threatened, especially if you cannot resist, such as being armed and facing two armed individuals, or resisting a knife when unarmed.
32. Using any files that harm the gameplay environment is prohibited.
33. Stealing police or paramedic items is prohibited.
34. Disturbing restaurant staff, workshop workers, soldiers, or paramedics at their workplaces or verbally abusing them is prohibited.
35. You are not allowed to carry a player while in a vehicle or during a firefight (fight).
36. If your vehicle loses four tires, you are prohibited from continuing to drive.
37. You are prohibited from recognizing individuals by giving items or knowing the ID (lying to the person with your name and then recognizing them when giving them an item).
38. You must take all serious situations seriously, such as facing a soldier, lawyer, or paramedic.
39. Using the ME/ command to talk when knocked out is prohibited.
40. Selling or hinting at illegal items via social media is prohibited.
